OBTAIN 2008 DOG LICENSES BY MARCH 1, 2008

Chapter 40 of the Pittsgrove Township Code requires that any dog over the age of six months shall be inoculated against rabies and licensed by its owner.
Dog licenses must be obtained on or before March 1 each year. Late fees will be imposed March 4 upon owners who fail to obtain licenses timely.

To license your dog(s) by mail: (One form per dog, please. Photocopies are acceptable.)

Complete and mail the form below, together with the dog’s current rabies certificate, proof of sterilization (spay/neuter),
appropriate fee and a stamped, self addressed full size envelope to: Township of Pittsgrove, Office of the Township Clerk,
989 Centerton Road, Pittsgrove, NJ 08318. The rabies certificate will be returned to you with the 2008 Dog License and tag.

To license your dog(s) in-person:

Go to the Office of the Township Clerk in the Municipal Building, 989 Centerton Road,

Pittsgrove, NJ between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., with the dog’s current rabies certificate, proof of sterilization (spay/neuter) and appropriate fee.

Fees: $8.00 (Spayed/neutered) $11.00 (Non-spayed/neutered)

$15.00 Late Fee will be imposed on each license obtained beginning March 4
