Attendance:
(Have members sign in; designate voters.) Congratulations to Kevin Garrison on
his appointment as a regular member, to Trish Jankauskas on her appointment to
1st alternate member and Dave Hunt on his appointment to 2nd
alternate member. Additionally, Bob Morse is now the liaison to the Planning
Board, and Greg Hickson is now designated as an associate member.

Redevelopment
Status – The Township is now concentrating on a much smaller area in the vicinity of the vacated feed mill as its
current redevelopment area. The EC will offer recommendations to
protect environmentally sensitive areas
in the new redevelopment area. The EC still needs to consider possible preservation areas in the new redevelopment
area.

PIG Status – one farm being surveyed
A
second farm in the PIG area has accepted a fee simple offer.
