Minutes for Meeting
of October 23, 2006
1. The Chairman called the meeting to order at 8:00
pm

Chairman read the Open Public Meetings Act compliance statement:
Adequate notice pursuant to the Open Public Meetings
Act has been given of this meeting by:
a. Forwarding notice thereof to Todays Sunbeam and
the Daily Journal, both of which were printed
in the January 10, 2006 edition of the papers,
b. Posting
notice thereof on the community events bulletin board at the

5. Tom Figlio made a motion to approve the minutes of the
September 25, 2006 meeting as written. Dave Hunt seconded the motion. All
approved.

Business
Redevelopment Status The Economic Development Committee had made a
presentation to the Planning Board. Corrections were suggested about wording of
the 123 acre plan. The plan will be
revised and resent for comment again soon.
Ordinances:
Wellhead Protection Bob
Morse has worked on wording for the ordinance. Its in its final revision
before being submitted to the
Planning Board. Bob Morse made a motion to submit the revised document to the
Planning Board. Meghan Hack seconded the motion. All approved.
T & E Dave Hunt received
information from ANJEC about threatened and endangered species. It is an important topic that can be incorporated
into conservation design.
Environmental Impact Statement
Bob Morse suggested that this additional information will likely be critical
in the conservation design process
Bridlewood
Estates Clustering Issues The Wetlands and Farmland Buffers are subtracted
out and cannot be included in lots. Herb
and Mark Brunermer have been collaborating to ensure that this part of the
Master Plan and our ordinances are followed.
Debby Turner-Fox is working on a revision to the ordinance so that is
clear.
Conservation Design First meeting was
September 25th. Next meeting
is November 13th.
Subdivision Applications: None that we
know of at this time. Briar Point review
is coming up soon.
