Provides loans directly at below-market rates or by providing guarantees for credit-worthy businesses to secure financing elsewhere.  NJEDA also provides employment incentive grants to expanding or relocating businesses.

Financial assistance for new or existing businesses through guaranteed loans, assistance to businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and free consulting and training services.
