§ 40-15.
Dogs causing nuisances.

No person who owns, keeps, harbors or possesses
any dog or dogs shall suffer or permit such dog or dogs to annoy
persons by barking and/or howling to the extent it creates a public
or private nuisance.
§ 40-19. Animals running at large.

All person or persons owning, harboring,
keeping or having charge of any horse, cow, swine, goat, poultry,
dog, cat or any other animal shall prevent such animal or animals
from running at large upon any public highway, street, alley or park
or on private property without the consent of the owner or owners
thereof.
§ 40-20.
Damage to property.

No person owning, keeping or harboring any
animal shall permit or suffer it to do any injury or to do any
damage to any lawn, shrubbery, flowers, grounds or property.
§ 40-45.
Requirements for disposal.
All pet owners and keepers are required to
immediately and properly dispose of their pet's solid waste
deposited on any property, public or private, not owned or possessed
by that person.
