NJ Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (HMFA) and DCA have announced a  new homeownership program for municipalities! Live Where You Work  (LWYW) is a new homebuyer incentive program that encourages homebuyers  to purchase a home in the same municipality where they work - and  brings long term benefits of stronger communities and decreased traffic on your streets.
 
 Incentives include a low interest loan, down payment and closing cost  assistance, more flexible underwriting criteria, and the cost and time  savings of living closer to work. If you are interested in having more  of those who work in your town, live in your town - please visit the
