NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Township
of Pittsgrove, at the Municipal Building, 989 Centerton Road, Pittsgrove, New
Jersey 08318, on Tuesday, September 5, 2006 at 7:30pm, on the following
application: APPLICANT:Albert N. Floyd PROPERTY AFFECTED:Pittsgrove Township Block 101, Lot 9 (365 Harding
Highway- U.S. Route 40) NATURE OF APPLICATION:Minor
Site Plan: The applicant is requesting minor site plan approval to operate a
gift shop at the property and waivers from sight triangle requirements at
roadway entrance. C ''Bulk'' Variance for Front Yard Setback: The property does
not meet the following HB-40 zoning district requirement from which the
applicant will require bulk variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c):
1.Front yard setback (existing building) of 30 feet; 150 feet minimum required.
D ''Use'' Variance for Sign: The applicant is also requesting use variance
relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(d) for a proposed free-standing dual faade sign would not meet the
zoning requirements set forth in Pittsgrove Township Code Section 60-82. PUBLIC
REVIEW AND PARTICIPATION: Copies of the application, plans and related
materials are on file in the office of the office of the Pittsgrove Township
Planning Board Secretary, at the Pittsgrove Township Municipal Building
(address above) and may be reviewed by interested persons between the hours of
8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Any
interested person may attend and participate in the application hearing in
accordance with the rules of the Pittsgrove Township Planning Board and other
