> PUBLIC NOTICE PITTSGROVE TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by
the Planning Board of the Township of Pittsgrove, County of Salem on November 1,
2006 at 7:30 PM in the Pittsgrove Township Municipal Building, 989 Centerton Road, Pittsgrove, New Jersey 08318. The applicant
is Felix Martinez. The property is located on English Road and is identified on the
Pittsgrove Township Tax Map as Block 304, Lot
4. The property is located in part in the R-2 Zone and in part in the
Conservation Zone. The applicant is seeking variances to allow for the
development of a single family dwelling. The lot does not have sufficient lot
area for both the R-2 and Conservation Zones in that the lot provides 29,064
square feet of area when 5.0 acres is required in the conservation Zone and
45,000 square feet is required in the R-2 Zone. The development will require a
variance for lot depth in that 400 feet is required in
the Conservation Zone and 225 in the R-2 Zone when 145.32 feet is provided. The
development will also require a variance for lot width in that
300 feet is required in the Conservation Zone when 200 feet is provided. Copies
of the application, plans, and related materials are on file in the office of
the Pittsgrove Township Planning Board Secretary, at the Pittsgrove Township
Municipal Building,

and may be reviewed by interested persons between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and
5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (holidays are excluded). Any interested party
may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules
