NOTICE
OF
PUBLIC HEARING
TAKE
NOTICE that on September 20, 2006 at 7:30 p.m., the Pittsgrove Township
Planning Board will conduct a public hearing at the Municipal Building, 989
Centerton Road, Pittsgrove, NJ, on the application of Mayerfeld
Farm & Supply Co., Inc. for the following relief with respect to a property
identified as 1226 Landis Ave., designated as Block 2503, Lot 21 on the
Pittsgrove tax map:
1. An interpretation of the zoning ordinance that occupancy of the existing
building on the subject property by two or more tenants, each with a conforming
retail or office use, does not require a use variance.
2. If necessary a use variance to permit occupancy of the existing building on
the subject property by two or more tenants, each with a conforming retail or
office use.
3. If necessary, bulk variances to permit the existing building to have a side
yard setback of less than 30 feet and a front yard setback of less than 120
feet.
4. An interpretation of the ordinance that a new site plan approval is not
required for occupancy of the existing building on the subject property by new
tenants with conforming uses.
5. If necessary, a site plan waiver or site plan approval to permit occupancy
of the existing building by a second tenant, a family support
organization which will utilize the property for office purposes.
6. Such other variances, submission waivers, design waivers, and approvals as
may be necessary to permit approval of the plans as submitted or with such
changes as may be requested or accepted by the Planning Board.
You may appear at the hearing either in person or through an attorney and
present any objection which you may have to the granting of this application.

The Planning Board may, at its discretion, adjourn, postpone or continue the
hearing from time to time. You are hereby notified that you should make
diligent inquiry of the Secretary of the Planning Board concerning such
adjournments, postponements or continuations.
