> PUBLIC NOTICE PITTSGROVE TOWNSHIP TAKE NOTICE that
the following entitled ordinance was introduced and passed on the first reading
at a meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Pittsgrove in the
County of Salem and State of New Jersey on the 11th day of April, 2006 and will
be considered for final passage after a public hearing at a meeting to be held
by said Township Committee at the Pittsgrove Township Municipal Offices, 989
Centerton Road, Pittsgrove New Jersey on the 9th day of May, 2006, at 7:30 p.m.
The title of said Ordinance is as follows: AN ORDINANCE SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER
60 ''LAND USE'' OF THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PITTSGROVE TO INCLUDE STORMWATER
MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS The main objectives or provisions of said Ordinance are
as follows: 1. Supplement zoning and land use regulations to include stormwater
management requirements and additional submission requirements relating to
applications for development to which such stormwater management requirements
apply: At least three (3) copies of said Ordinance are on file for public
inspection, examination and acquisition at the office of the Township Clerk,
Constance S. Garton, 989 Centerton Road, Pittsgrove, New Jersey, between the
hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm on weekdays (excluding holidays). Copies of said
Ordinance may be purchased by members of the public from the Township Clerk,
before and after final adoption, in pamphlet or similar form at a price not to
