PITTSGROVE TOWNSHIP
PLANNING BOARD
TAKE
NOTICE that on the 19th day of April, 2006 at 7:30 P.M. a hearing will be
conducted before the Pittsgrove Township Planning Board at the Municipal
Building, 939 Centerton Road, Pittsgrove, New Jersey, 08318, on the Application
of Harry Renwick, trading and also known as Renwick Associates and Pittsgrove
Investment Group for Preliminary Major Subdivision Approval to permit creation
of ten (10) new residential building lots on property known as Block 901, Lot
11 of the Official Tax Maps of Pittsgrove Township. Applicant also seeks a Bulk
Variance for minimum lot frontage on a lot designated for dedicated open space
together with such further Variances or Waivers as the Board may determine
applicable.
The Applicant is Harry Renwick also trading as Renwick Associates and
Pittsgrove Investment Group with offices at 104 East Main Street, Maple Shade,
New Jersey, 03052.
Plans and documents relating to this Application are on file in the Offices of
the Pittsgrove Township Planning Board, 989 Centerton Road, Pittsgrove, N.J.,
03318 and are available for inspection during regular business hours.
Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid hearing and participate in
accordance with the Rules of the Pittsgrove Township Planning Board.
