> PUBLIC NOTICE PITTSGROVE TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of
the Township of Pittsgrove, County of Salem, on Wednesday, February 15, 2006 at
7:30 p.m., in the Pittsgrove Township Municipal Building, 989 Centerton Road,
Pittsgrove, NJ 08318. The object of this hearing will be to consider an
application for conditional use approval as it relates to applicant's farm
business for a property located at Almond Road, Pittsgrove Township, Salem
County, New Jersey and identified on the Pittsgrove Township Tax Map as Block
2001, Lot 29.01. In conjunction with the application, the applicant is
requesting variances and/or waivers from front, side and rear yard set back,
buffer, lot coverage and lot dimension requirements and possibly other
variances may be requested from one or more of the Zoning Ordinances of the
Township of Pittsgrove. A copy of the application, plans and supporting
documents are on file with the Secretary of the Planning Board for review by
the public, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily, in the
Pittsgrove Township Municipal Building, 989 Centerton Road, Pittsgrove, NJ
08318. Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein
