PLANNING BOARD
TAKE NOTICE that on the first day of August, 2006 at 7:30
P.M. a hearing will be conducted before the Pittsgrove Township Planning Board
at the Municipal Building, 989 Centerton Road, Pittsgrove, New Jersey, 08318,
on the Application of 530 Porchtown Road, LLC for
Preliminary Major Subdivision Approval to permit creation of eleven (11)
residential lots on property known as Block 802, Lot 46 of the Official Tax
Maps of Pittsgrove Township. Applicant also seek, a Bulk Variance for minimum
lot frontage on three (3) proposed Lots depicted on Applicant's "Alternate
Subdivision Plan" together with such other variances or waivers as the
Board may determine applicable including a waiver of the minimum agricultural
buffer on proposed Lot 11.

the Pittsgrove Township Planning Board,
Any interested patty may appear at the aforesaid hearing and participate in
accordance with the Rules of the Pittsgrove Township Planning Board,
