> PUBLIC NOTICE Pittsgrove Township Planning Board NOTICE TO ADJOINING PROPERTY OWNERS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that applicant, The Bank, will make application before the Pittsgrove Township Planning Board on the 21st day of June, 2006 at 7:30 PM for the following relief: (1) Preliminary major site plan approval for the demolition of the existing branch bank and construction of a new branch bank, parking area and other site improvements. (2) Use variance to allow two (2) principal structures on the same lot (use variance required until the existing building is demolished). (3) Bulk variance for lot area: existing lot 2.38 acres in size with a lot area requirement for the zoning district of 3.0 acres. (4) Bulk variance for lot frontage/width: existing 260' - required 400' (5) Use variance for identification sign: maximum permitted 32.25 s.f. with proposed sign being 35.42 s.f. (6) Use Variance for identification sign: Applicant proposes a pylon sign which is not a permitted use in this zoning district. (7) Bulk variance for location of existing planter (8) Waiver/variance to allow 19 of the 30 required parking spaces to be constructed during Phase I and the remaining 11 parking spaces to be constructed during Phase II. The application relates to property located on Landis Avenue, designated as Block 3003, Lot 2 on the tax assessment map of the Township of Pittsgrove. The application will be heard at the Pittsgrove Township Municipal Building, 989 Centerton Road, Pittsgrove, New Jersey 08318. This application, along with all maps, papers and supporting documentation filed with the application, are on file in the Office of the Planning Board Secretary in the Township Municipal Building and are available for public inspection between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Any interested party may appear at the hearing in this matter and participate therein, either in person or by attorney, in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Pittsgrove Township Planning Board.
