NOTICE TO ADJOINING PROPERTY OWNERS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that applicant, The
Bank, will make application before the Pittsgrove Township Planning Board on
the 21st day of June, 2006 at 7:30 PM for the following relief: (1) Preliminary
major site plan approval for the demolition of the existing branch bank and construction
of a new branch bank, parking area and other site improvements. (2) Use
variance to allow two (2) principal structures on the same lot (use variance
required until the existing building is demolished). (3) Bulk variance for lot area: existing lot 2.38 acres in size
