PUBLIC NOTICE

SCHEDULE OF REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE SHADE TREE ADVISORY COMMITTEE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PITTSGROVE
TO BE HELD DURING THE CALENDARD YEAR OF 2006
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Shade Tree Advisory Committee of the Township of Pittsgrove will hold regular meetings on the first Monday of each month, with the exception of Labor Day which falls on September 4, 2006. This meeting will be held on the following Monday at the regular scheduled time. All meetings will commence at 7:30 p.m. at the Pittsgrove Township Municipal Building, 989 Centerton Road, Pittsgrove, New Jersey on the following dates:

February 6, 2006
March 6, 2006
April 3, 2006
May 1, 2006
June 5, 2006
July 3, 2006
August 7, 2006
September 11, 2006
October 2, 2006
November 6, 2006
December 4, 2006
Notice of Special Meetings of the Shade Tree Advisory Committee shall be forwarded at least 48 hrs. prior to such meeting being held to the following: Daily Journal and Today's Sunbeam, which have been designated as the official newspapers for the Township of Pittsgrove. Public notice of any such meeting shall also be posted at the Pittsgrove Township Municipal Building at least 48 hrs. prior to any Special Meeting being held, all in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Law.
