PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Township of Pittsgrove, County of Salem, on Tuesday, March 7, 2006, at 7:30 p.m. in the Pittsgrove Township Municipal Building, 989 Centerton Road, Pittsgrove, NJ 03318.
The object of this hearing will be to consider an application for conditional use approval as it relates to applicant's farm business., for a property located at Almond Road, Pittsgrove Township, Salem County, New Jersey, and identified on the Pittsgrove Township Tax Map as Block 2001, Lot(s) 29.01.
In conjunction with the application, the applicant is requestirs variances and/or waivers from front, side and rear yard set back, buffer, lot coverage and lot dimension requirements and possibly other variances may be requested from one or more of the Zoning Ordinances of the Township Pittsgrove.
A copy of the application, plans, and supporting documents are on file with the Secretary of the Planning Board for review by the public, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily, in the Pittsgrove Township Municipal Building, 989 Centerton Road, Pittsgrove, NJ 08318.
Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Planning Board.
