PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Township of Pittsgrove, County of Salem on August 16, 2006 at 7:30 PM in the Pittsgrove Township Municipal Building, 989 Centerton Road, Pittsgrove, New Jersey 08318.
The object of this hearing will be to request approval of an application for Stephen and Janice Pollock for a minor subdivision for the division of Lots 15 & 16 in Block 306, resulting in 2 total lots. One proposed lot will contain 3.0+ acres and the second lot will contain 8.25+ acres. The property is located at 752 Upper Neck Road and is identified on the Pittsgrove Township Tax Map as Block 306, Lots 15 & 16.
In conjunction with the application, the applicants are requesting a variance for lot width for proposed Lot 16 (300 ft. required, 173,75 ft. proposed): side yard setback for the principal structure on Lot 16 (40 ft. required. 33.12 ft. provided); side yard setback for an accessory structure on Lot 16 (20 ft. required, 13.73 ft. provided); and lot width variance for proposed Lot 15 (300 ft required, 229 ft. proposed), along with any other required variances or waivers.
A copy of said application, plans and supporting documents are on file with the Secretary of the Planning Board, located at 989 Centerton Rood, Pittsgrove, New Jersey 08318, for review by the public during regular business hours.
Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Planning Board.
