NOTICE OF HEARING

TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Township of Pittsgrove, at the Pittsgrove Township Municipal Building, 989 Centerton Road, Pittsgrove, New Jersey, 08318, on May 17, 2006, at 7:30 p.m. on the following application:
APPLICANT: Velma Cossaboon
PROPERTY AFFECTED: Pittsgrove Township, Block 2803, Lot 15 (Morton Avenue, south of Parvins Mill Road).
NATURE OF APPLICATION:
Preliminary and Final Major Subdivision Review:
The applicant is requesting preliminary and final major subdivision approval to divide the property, which is located primarily in Deerfield Township, Cumberland County, into two lots.
C "Bulk" Variances for Proposed Lots:
The portions of the two proposed lots that are located in Pittsgrove Township will not meet the following RR zoning district requirements from which the applicant will require bulk variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c);
1. Proposed Lot 15 area of approximately .03 acres; 3.0 acres minimum required;
2. Proposed Lot 15.06 area of approximately .16 acres; 3.0 acres minimum required;
3. Proposed Lot 15 width of 134 feet; 300 feet minimum required;
4. Proposed Lot 15.06 Width of 200 feet; 300 feet minimum required;
5. Proposed Lot 15 depth of 0 to 20 feet; 300 feet minimum required; and
6.
Proposed Lot 15.06 depth of 20 to 40 feet; 300 feet minimum required.
PUBLIC REVIEW AND PARTICIPATION:
Copies of the application, plans, and related materials are on file in the office of the office of the Pittsgrove Township Planning Board Secretary, at the Pittsgrove Township Municipal Building (address above) and may be reviewed by interested persons between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Any interested person may attend and participate in the application hearing in accordance with the rules of the Pittsgrove Township Planning Board and other applicable laws.
