> PUBLIC NOTICE PITTSGROVE TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Township of Pittsgrove, County of Salem, on Wednesday, March 22, 2006 at 7:30 p.m., in the Pittsgrove Township Municipal Building, 989 Centerton Road, Pittsgrove, NJ 08318. The object of this hearing will be to consider an application for two (2) bulk variances for a property located at Shiff Avenue and identified on the Pittsgrove Township Tax Map as Block 2101, Lot 7. In conjunction with the application, the applicant is requesting variances and/or waivers from the lot area requirement from 2 acres to 1.732 acres and the lot frontage from 200 feet to 110.19 feet and possibly other variances may be requested from one or more of the Zoning Ordinances of the Township of Pittsgrove. A copy of the application, plans and supporting documents are on file with the Secretary of the Planning Board for review by the public, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily, in the Pittsgrove Township Municipal Building, 989 Centerton Road, Pittsgrove, NJ 08318.
