PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take Notice that the Pittsgrove Township Planning
Board will hold a Public Hearing on April 4, 2006 at 7:30 p.m., at the
Pittsgrove Township Municipal Building, 989 Centerton Road, Pittsgrove, New
Jersey 08318, for applicant, CALIBER FARMS, LLC relative to property known as
423 Lawrence Corner Road, Pittsgrove, New Jersey, a/k/a Block 901, Lot 9.
The object of the hearing is to consider applicant's application for: a minor
subdivision of Block 901, Lot 9. Applicant also seeks a variance to allow the
28-foot front set-back of an existing home to remain on one of the proposed
subdivided lots where a minimum front yard setback of 50 feet is required in
the RR zoning district in which the property is located, and all other
variances determined to be necessary.
Copies of the application, plans, and related materials are on file in the
office of the Pittsgrove Township Planning Board Secretary at the Municipal
Building (address above) and maybe reviewed by interested persons between the
hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).
Any interested person may attend and participate in the application hearing in
accordance with the rules of the Pittsgrove Township Planning Board and other
applicable laws.
