PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that applicant,
Bifulco Brothers, a partnership, will make application before the Pittsgrove
Township Planning Board on the 4th day of April, 2006 at 7:30 PM for the
following relief:
Use variance to allow a departure from conditions D and E as contained in
§60-87 of the Pittsgrove Township Land Use Ordinance in that the subject parcel
does not have a minimum 300' buffer from all rear and side property lines and
the subject parcel itself is not used for farming.
Conditional use approval in order to expand the existing cold storage building
on applicant's property to be used in Applicant's farming business as per
§60-87 of the Pittsgrove Township Land Use Ordinance.
Preliminary and final major site plan approval.
Bulk variances as follows:

Other bulk variances include existing greenhouses which violate the applicable
side yard setback requirement and existing roof leaders which violate the
applicable rear yard setback requirement.
The application relates to property located on Almond Road (County Route 540)
and is also known as Lot 29.01 in Block 2001 on the tax assessment map of the
Township of Pittsgrove. The application will be heard at the Pittsgrove
Township Municipal Building, 989 Centerton Road, Pittsgrove, New Jersey 08318.
This application, along with all maps, papers and supporting documentation
filed with the application, are on file in the Office of the Planning Board
Secretary in the Township Municipal Building and are available for public
inspection during the Township's regular business hours, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, or
by appointment. Any interested party may appear at the hearing in this matter
and participate therein, either in person, by attorney, or by agent, in
accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Pittsgrove Township Planning
Board. Applicant may apply for other variances and/or design waivers at the
time of the hearing.
