The object of this hearing is to notify the owner and parties-in-interest of violations of the Code of the Township of Pittsgrove, Chapter 34 Clean Community Program and Chapter 31 Unfit Buildings for the properties located at: (1) 38 Reckondorfer Ave., Pittsgrove NJ, 08318 and identified on the Pittsgrove Township Tax Map as Block 503, Lot 19. (2) 40 Reckondorfer Ave., Pittsgrove NJ, 08318 and identified on the Pittsgrove Township Tax Map as Block 503, Lot 20. (3) 42 Reckondorfer Ave., Pittsgrove NJ, 08318 and identified on the Pittsgrove Township Tax Map as Block 503, Lot 18.
