Take notice that on Wednesday, the 1st day of December,
2004 at 7:30 P.M. a hearing will be held before the Township of Pittsgrove
Planning Board (Joint Board, if applicable) at the Municipal Building in the
Meeting Room. 989 Centerton Road, Pittsgrove, New Jersey, on application of
Profera Homes, Inc., for Elmer-Centerton Road (C.R. #553). Pittsgrove Township.
New Jersey, Block 1701, Lot 8.01, seeking subdivision to allow two residential
units with rear and side abutting Township school lands with further variance(s)
respecting lot area, front, access, width, side yard buffers and coverage, with
such other and further variances and waivers as the Board may deem necessary
and warranted.
All documentation relating to this application may be inspected by the public
during the hours of 8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, at the Office
of the Planning Board at the above-referenced address.
The Board may adjourn, postpone, or continue the hearing and you are hereby
notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Secretary of the Board
concerning such adjournments, postponements or continuations.
