The Registrar of Vital
Statistics may be contacted from 9:15 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. and 1:15
p.m. - 4:15 p.m. Monday through Friday at 358-2300 Ext. 20 to obtain
information on applying for a marriage license. Appointments must be
scheduled in advance to apply for
a marriage
license. No walk-ins or Email requests. Applicants are to provide their birth
certificate and driver’s license as proofs of identification. If
married before, a copy of spouse’s death certificate or divorce
papers are also required. The cost for a marriage license is $28.00.
