ZONING PERMITS:
The
Pittsgrove Township Housing/Zoning/Code Enforcement Officer wants to remind
all Township residents that, in accordance with Township Code Chapter
60-108, zoning permits are required for ALL driveways, sheds,
fences, signs, yard sales, alterations of any buildings or portions thereof,
or for any change of use of land or structure.

As a safety reminder,
also be advised that, in accordance with Township Code Chapter 71, 9-1 -1
Emergency Address Posts are required on all properties.
POOLS:
ANY
structure (permanent, portable, blow up etc.) that retains water over 24” in
depth requires permits and must meet all barrier requirements of section
AG105 of the building code.
